Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) works in partnership with secondary schools and dance studios across the country to deliver nationally-accredited qualifications. Our courses are shaped by industry leaders and designed to provide students with the skills and experience to pursue diverse careers in dance and live performance.

As a dance-specialist RTO with over 23 years expertise, we understand your world and are here to support your school or studio every step of the way. When you partner with Ausdance VIC RTO (20949), you get more than just the ability to deliver a qualification. We provide everything from comprehensive resources, industry-exclusive programs and professional development to administration and compliance support. Eilannin Harris-Black
Eilannin Harris-Black
RTO Manager

An accomplished teacher, working performer and creative practitioner, Eilannin holds a Masters Degree in Musical Theatre from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (London) and has trained with Brent Street Studios (Diploma of Musical Theatre), NIDA Open (The Musical Performer Studio), Hunter Institute (Diploma of Dance) and the Australian Institute of Music (Diploma of Music – Music Theatre).

When not performing Eilannin has worked as a live Theatrical Event Producer producing events throughout Australia, New Zealand and Canada. She is also the Founder of Theatre Blacks where she was Course Director for five years heading training and assessment in both Musical Theatre and Dance up to Advanced Diploma level. As an experienced training designer and teacher, Eilannin is passionate about increasing access to the arts and performance training to all those with the willingness to learn.

Stephanie Clare-Cover
RTO Administrator

Stephanie is a versatile performing artist, creative, and educator with a passion for exploring and experiencing art and cultures from around the world. She has trained extensively in various dance and music styles for over 20 years, and competed as a state-level gymnast.

As a choreographer and movement director, Stephanie most recently worked on the original Australian musical Double Homicide at The Manchester, Manchester and Haberdashery Factory Outlet, a comedic exploration of fast fashion. Her other musical theatre credits include, choreographing Mama’s BoysLittle Shop of Horrors and Urinetown and featured on-stage in Mamma MiaSingin’ in the Rain and Chess. She is also a collaborating artist and Associate Producer with independent theatre company, Citizen Theatre. 

Beyond the stage, Stephanie works as a corporate entertainer, voice coach and dance teacher, dedicating herself to inspiring creativity and passion in others.
