Super Jog

To start, learn the 5 freeze poses from the video or your teacher. When the music is playing, freestyle dance or jog on the spot. When the music stops, your teacher will call out one of the freeze poses. The last person to freeze in this pose is out. Keep going until there is only one student left.

Challenge: Add your own poses or increase the frequency of pauses in the music.
