Lift Dance Industry Day

Hosted by Ausdance VIC, Lift Dance Industry Day brings students together with experienced choreographers and dance artists for hands-on workshops. It’s a great opportunity for year 9-12 students to build confidence, develop performance skills, and explore different dance styles in a supportive, professional environment.

Designed for young dancers who are serious about their craft, these sessions focus on practical skills like audition techniques, improvisation, and choreography. Whether your students are considering a career in dance or just want to take their skills to the next level, they’ll gain valuable insights from industry professionals.

Students can choose to participate in three different sessions, including a dance workshop and performance showcase, or a mock audition and artist Q&A.

• Year 9 – 12 dance students
• Government Secondary School or Government Remote Provider
