In response to specific questions:

Creative studios – Does this term apply to dance studios?

Yes this does include dance studios.

VCE Dance and VCE VET Dance students – Can dance students undertaking their VCE with Non-school Providers go to their dance studio to rehearse?

No, they cannot attend non-school providers under current restrictions*.

*Except under specific conditions as outlined on the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority website.

Does the definition of ‘Heavily Restricted’ and ‘Restricted’ have an impact on the numbers of people per space in the context of dance studios?

Yes there will be limited people per space during the restricted and heavily restricted phases. This cap is likely based off of a density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm.
